13:00 – 15:00 | Arrival & Registration Guests are welcomed at Chiang Mai Railway Station Park (opposite Chiang Mai Railway Station) for registration and badge collection. Our hospitality team will be on hand to assist and ensure a smooth start to your experience.

15:00 – 16:30 | Transfer to Festival Venue

· Gold Ticket: Comfortable coach transfer

· Platinum Ticket: Premium minivan transfer Sit back and enjoy the scenic journey to the festival venue.

16:00 – 17:30 | Arrival & Warm Lanna Welcome Arrive at the enchanting Pang Fan Rock’n River venue. Be greeted by our welcoming team and receive a traditional Lanna floral garland. Stroll through a beautifully illuminated Lantern Tunnel, accompanied by soft traditional music that sets the mood for an unforgettable evening.

16:30 – 18:30 | Cultural Workshops & Hands-on Experiences Immerse yourself in authentic Northern Thai traditions with interactive activities:

· DIY Krathong or banana-leaf floral cup crafting

· Learn to create mini sky lanterns

· Craft a traditional clay oil lamp (Phang Prateep)

· Experience a Lanna-style floral hair bun arrangement

17:00 – 19:30 | Lanna Market & Cultural Performances Enjoy a relaxed evening atmosphere at the Lanna Market, featuring:

· A selection of traditional Northern Thai snacks

· Refreshing local herbal drinks

· Live Lanna orchestra and contemporary live band performances

· Leisurely walks through the handicraft village and hill tribe’s village showcasing local arts and crafts

· Enjoy the Traditional Game Zone, offering a selection of classic Thai games and cultural amusements, thoughtfully presented for relaxed enjoyment and lighthearted fun.

18:30 – 19:30 | Dinner Experience Savor a carefully curated buffet dinner, served in designated dining zones for Gold and Platinum guests, offering a variety of authentic Thai and Northern specialties.

20:00 – 21:00 | Main Ceremony & Sky Lantern Release Proceed to the main stage and take your reserved seat, arranged in four beautifully coordinated color zones. The highlight of the evening unfolds:

· A captivating Lanna traditional dance performance (approximately 20 minutes)

· A magical moment as thousands of lanterns are lit and released simultaneously, carrying wishes into the night sky

· A spectacular fireworks display, harmonized with the lantern launch for a breathtaking visual finale

21:30 – 22:00 | Farewell & Return Transfer The evening concludes with return transfers to Chiang Mai city center (Chiang Mai Railway Station Park), bringing a graceful close to this extraordinary cultural celebration.
